Nursery: Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School, Garstons Track, Sparsholt, Winchester, SO21 2NB

Hours: Early Years Practitioner Full Time, Monday - Friday

Salary: up to £29,670 annual salary (depending on experience and qualifications)

Overview

Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School offers a unique yurt based environment on a two acre site.

We seek an Early Years Educator/Practitioner to support children's development in a natural setting.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogic principles to children daily.
• Seek out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes and transitions.
• Bond with children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
• Keep children safe, loved and inspired to learn.

Qualifications

• A true love for child development and care.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong communication skills with management, peers and parents.
• High levels of care and empathy, seeing every opportunity as a learning moment.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Must Haves

• Early Years qualification at Level 2/3.
• Experience working with all age groups within Early Years.
