The Role

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our Narborough team. As a key worker, you'll play an important role in supporting children's early development and creating a safe, inspiring environment.

In this role, you will:

• Be a key person for a group of children, planning and recording their learning journeys
• Deliver fun, creative activities linked to the EYFS
• Provide high quality care, focusing on health, hygiene, and safety
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates
• Work collaboratively with the whole nursery team, sharing ideas and supporting colleagues
• Attend training sessions, team meetings, and parents' evenings as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• GCSE English/Maths or Functional Skills (if required)
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete)
• Experience in a childcare or nursery setting is desirable
• Most importantly - a genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and explore

Hours & Pay:

Full time or part time hours available. Salary from £12.76 per hour, depending on qualification and experience.
