Nursery Practitioner

0-2-5 Nursery Ltd opened in January 1991. The nursery operates in a large detached house in the Heaton Mersey area of Stockport. We are registered to take 82 children each day, split into 6 groups. There is a large garden behind the house with a soft flooring play area with a climbing hill, climbing wall, wooden playhouse and other large play equipment. Also, there is 'roadway' on which to ride bikes.

We have a large 'mud kitchen' at the side of the building where we also grow lots of fruit and vegetables with the children. At the front of the nursery there is a large grass space which the children use for various activities and play. There is also a sensory garden at the rear of the property where children can explore the natural environment with a 'forest school' feel.

Nursery Practitioner Requirements

• Level 3 or above (MUST)
• Full-time / Part-time
• Happy working with children 0 - 5
• Supportive and caring team environment
