Our client, a well-established and respected provider of high-quality childcare, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children in your care. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and identifying any additional support needs
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised learning environment that meets all relevant health and safety standards
• Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities
• Adhere to the nursery's policies, procedures, and best practices in early years education

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A relevant childcare qualification, such as a Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting, preferably with children aged 0-5 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A deep understanding of child development and a commitment to providing high-quality, child-centred care
• A valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or the willingness to undergo one
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs
