Nursery Practitioner
Full-Time, Part-Time & Term-Time Roles Available
Opening Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: up to £13.00 p/h (DoE)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking to join a supportive and nurturing environment? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners to join our friendly team.

The Role:
  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Support children's learning journeys and complete relevant observations and assessments
What We're Looking For:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS

  • A positive, proactive attitude

Nursery Manager
Full-Time 40 hours per week
Opening Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (DoE)

About the Role:

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team to deliver exceptional practice
  • Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements
  • Oversee curriculum planning and maintain high-quality teaching standards
  • Manage occupancy, staffing, and budgets effectively
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and external professionals
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain a positive nursery reputation
About You:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum) - Level 5 or above desirable
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or a Deputy Manager with a minimum of 6 months' experience ready to step up
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Confident, organised, and solution-focused
