Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Chelmsford - September Start

We are seeking a passionate practitioner to join our beautiful private nursery in Chelmsford from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and thrives in an inclusive, child centred setting.

About the Role:
  • Full time Nursery Practitioner position
  • Working with children in the Early Years (0-5)
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play based learning experiences in line with the EYFS
  • Support children's development, wellbeing, and individual needs
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Is passionate about inclusive practice and supporting every child
  • Has a warm, nurturing, and patient approach
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills
