Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
- Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and playtime
- Always follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience supporting children aged 0-5 years - desirable
- Suitable for both newly qualified and experienced Nursery Nurses
- Caring, patient, and nurturing nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and creative activities
- Good observational and organisational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths - desirable
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake)
