Nursery Manager: Lead a High-Impact Early Education Team

Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a busy setting and deliver outstanding care and education for children across six rooms, including baby, toddler and pre school groups.

You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, uphold safeguarding policies, drive staff engagement and performance, manage day to day operations, and collaborate with the support office to recruit, nurture, and develop high performing colleagues in a regulated environment.
