Are you an experienced early years professional ready to lead a passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives? We're looking for an inspiring and qualified childcare professional who holds a Level 3 qualification (or above) and has at least two years' leadership experience in an early years setting. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you'll play a key role in leading, supporting, and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a team of early years professionals
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

- We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
- You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
- You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
