Kids Planet is an independent, family run group of nurseries providing the highest standard of nursery care across the UK. We are currently looking for a Nursery Manager at Kids Planet Trafford City.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Ensure the delivery of a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children and families.
• Maintain and develop safeguarding practices and strong relationships with families.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold the nursery ethos and values.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive workplace culture.

What a Nursery Manager needs

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
• Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths is a legal requirement or willing to achieve within 2 years of starting.
