Are you passionate about shaping the future of children and creating an environment where they can thrive? We're looking for a Matt cover Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at Future Champions Horwich!

As Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day running of our setting, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety for all the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in leading and inspiring a team of educators
Oversee and maintain a high-quality educational environment that fosters learning and development
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations
Take an active role in planning and delivering stimulating activities for children
Manage and develop staff, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community
Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, promoting a safe and welcoming environment for all
What We're Looking For:
A Level 3 or above childcare qualification (Deputy Manager experience is a bonus!)
Previous experience in early years education and leadership
A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
