Job Description

Hazel Tree Education are currently supporting a Private Day Nursery in Warrington.

We are looking for qualified nursery assistants to support this setting on a long-term, short-term, temp to perm and day-to-day basis.

We can offer flexibility as we cover a variety of shifts, between 8am-6pm, Monday- Friday.

The successful candidate will: A recognised qualification in Childcare Level 2 or 3 Have experience supporting children aged 0-5 in a formal setting Knowledge of the EYFS Have a calm, pro-active nature Be able to work on own initiative Have an excellent standard of written and verbal English Duties: Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.

To work with all age groups, and cover in different rooms as required.

To follow and implement all of the policies and procedures set out by the nursery Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements: Right to Work in the UK An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to obtain one At least two references covering the last two years of employment An understanding of how to effectively safeguard children in an education setting.
