Nurse Unit Manager - Night Shift Team Leader

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Unit Manager for Blackmoorcare in Birmingham. You'll lead nursing and care teams on nights, ensuring high standards of care and safe medication management.

This senior role reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager and focuses on quality, governance and person-centred care. The successful RN will have an NMC PIN, post-registration leadership experience and a passion for developing staff within a supportive team.
