Job Description

Are you a confident and experienced Veterinary Nursing Team Leader ready to take the reins and shape the future of a thriving practice? This role offers a unique chance for an accomplished RVN to blend clinical expertise with inspirational leadership, all while delivering exceptional patient and customer care. Join a friendly and dedicated team comprising 13 Veterinary Surgeons, 2 RVNs, SVNs, and VCAs. This dynamic environment is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration and is eager to lead a team towards excellence.

The Role
  • Salary: Starting from £34,000, commensurate with experience
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 4 days per week, with the option for a 5-day week
Skills & Experience
  • Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse
  • Demonstrated clinical credibility as an experienced RVN
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, or ready to step into a leadership role
  • Capable of managing operational responsibilities for a nursing team
