You will ensure the prevention and promotion of health among our beneficiaries and their surroundings. Accompanied by a multidisciplinary expert team, you will perform medical-technical care and guarantee the smooth running of their service by ensuring follow-up of our beneficiaries through the updating of their files and by actively participating in meetings and discussions. As a referent nurse, you will be a resource person within the team, coordinating interventions around the beneficiary and supporting the quality and continuity of care. Requirements:- Level 2 general nursing degree, or equivalent experience in general nursing- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is desired, ideally in home care or in the community health sector.
