Nurse Leader & Centre Operations Manager

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting an experienced Person in Charge (PIC) for a well-established nursing home in Ireland. The PIC will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards.

The role requires RGN registration with NMBI and a minimum of 3 years' recent experience with older persons, including 3 years in nurse management. A Level 6 qualification or higher is expected, with CPD demonstrated.
