Job Description

National Clinical Educator

COPD

The Clinical Educator role brings clinical expertise, assisting specialist customers to increase their knowledge and understanding of COPD. You will provide education and support to customers to ensure that they are capable of delivering safe and effective therapies to their patients. You will be passionate about outcomes and relish working where diversity and breadth of specialism ensure no two days are the same.

Our Clinical Educators are professionals, who are confident working autonomously, managing their own time and workload. They identify, influence and build advocacy with customers in key accounts. In addition, they provide product educational services to customers. It is the Clinical Educators job to ensure positive customer experiences with the products through providing ongoing clinical support.

Skills and background required

  • Active nursing background required
  • Proven experience in clinical environment ideally within COPD
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a matrix environment will also be key.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of the Pharma Market and the local Health Service environment.
  • Fluency with software operating systems, such as MS Office and customer relationship management systems
  • High level of business planning, organisational & problem-solving skills
  • Good technical knowledge of specialty and disease area
  • Ability to conduct face to face presentations to customers
  • Highly motivated with drive & determination to succeed & willingness to adapt to change
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full EU Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
  • Eligible to work full-time within the UK
