What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the physical development of identified National Talent Pathway Year 3 players.
  • Deliver athletic performance coaching tailored to player development needs.
  • Educate players on the principles and practices of athletic performance.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to support players across all areas of physical preparation.
  • Lead within the multidisciplinary team to align pathway goals, foster a high-performance culture, and set clear athlete-development standards.
