You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment necessary for trial work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating horticultural equipment following defined procedures to carry out trial work.
• Ensuring samples are collected, processed, and delivered on time.
• Resolving routine issues independently or with minimal guidance from senior staff.
• Prioritising tasks effectively to meet production timelines.

Who You Are:

• Experience: Previous work experience in a horticultural or agricultural production environment is essential.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of the growth and care requirements of plant material in a glasshouse setting.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to assist in reporting and documentation.
