NQ+ Private Client Solicitor - Progression focussed

I'm working with a growing law firm in Oxted that's looking to bring in a Private Client Solicitor at NQ+ level. This is a brand-new role, created purely because the firm is busy and continuing to grow, not a replacement. What's really nice about this opportunity is the firm's attitude to progression. They're genuinely keen for people to work their way up and stay long term, and they can actually back that up with examples of solicitors who've done exactly that. The role itself You'll be joining a friendly and established Private Client team, working on a broad mix of:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• LPAs
• Trust work and general private client matters

There's proper secretarial support in place, so you're not expected to do everything yourself, the focus is very much on doing good quality legal work and building relationships with clients. Who this would suit
