NPI Project Manager - Propulsion Delivery Lead

JCB Power Systems in the East Midlands is seeking a Project Manager for the Propulsion New Product Delivery Team. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing engineering and finance to deliver new products and major upgrades on time.

The role requires strong NPIP knowledge, excellent planning, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
