NPI Program Lead, Grid Automation & PAC

AL8238 UK Grid Solutions Limited is seeking an NPI Program Manager to lead end to end New Product Introduction across the Protection, Automation and Control portfolio. You will drive portfolio execution from assessment to commercial launch, coordinating PM, R&D, Engineering and manufacturing workstreams to meet milestones and deliverables.

You will manage stage gate governance, risk registers and cross functional reviews while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and multinational teams.
