NPI Manager - Aerospace CNC Manufacturing Lead

HR GO Group is seeking an NPI Manager for CNC manufacturing in Basildon, Essex. This permanent role leads new product introduction from quotation through to production release within an aerospace-focused subcontract environment.

You will drive end-to-end NPI programmes, coordinate cross-functional teams, review drawings, and provide manufacturing cost and plan input to ensure on-time, right-first-time delivery.
