NPI Lead

About the Company:

A market-leading manufacturer of safety and mobility products is seeking an experienced NPI Lead to oversee the introduction of new products from concept to production.

The Role:

You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products on time and within budget, ensuring a smooth transition from design to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NPI projects from concept to production launch
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables
• Drive process improvement and design for manufacture initiatives

Essential Skills:

• Proven NPI or project engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (3+ years)
• Experience with 3D CAD (pref. Solidworks)
• Strong understanding of design and production processes
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple functions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ISO 13485
• Agile methodologies
• PRINCE 2
• Familiarity with DFMA principles
• Proficiency with project management or ERP systems
