NPD Manager, Food Innovation & Launch Lead

Kepak Group in Ireland is seeking an ambitious NPD Manager to own the product development pipeline from concept to launch, leading a high-performing NPD team and delivering projects on time, within budget and aligned to customer needs.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Technical, Operations, Marketing and Customer teams to turn ideas into commercial successes and continuously improve launch processes using data and KPIs.
