Job Description

Morepeople 01780 is recruiting an experienced NPD Manager for a fast-paced food manufacturing business. You will lead projects from concept to launch, collaborating with commercial, technical and production teams to deliver customer-focused products that meet commercial targets.

You will manage line trials, product evaluations and presentations to customers, identify opportunities for new products that meet market needs, and ensure all projects follow the company's NPD processes.
