NPD & Innovation Opportunities (All Levels)

Vickerstock are with a well-established and growing food manufacturing business who are looking to strengthen their NPD & Innovation team as part of continued expansion.

We're keen to speak with NPD professionals at all levels, from junior through to senior and leadership positions.

This is a great opportunity to join a business that is genuinely investing in innovation and product development, with a strong pipeline of new work coming through the function.

What you'll be doing

You'll be involved in driving new product concepts through to launch, working closely with technical, production and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.

We'd be interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) within food manufacturing
• Exposure to product innovation, concept development or factory trials
• A background in food science, food technology or similar
• Experience taking products from concept through to launch (desirable)
