Vickerstock are with a well-established and growing food manufacturing business who are looking to strengthen their NPD & Innovation team as part of continued expansion.

We're keen to speak with NPD professionals at all levels, from junior through to senior and leadership positions.

What you'll be doing

You'll be involved in driving new product concepts through to launch, working closely with technical, production and commercial teams in a fast paced environment.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) within food manufacturing
• Exposure to product innovation, concept development or factory trials
• A background in food science, food technology or similar
• Experience taking products from concept through to launch (desirable)
