North West Regional Health & Care Leader

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a passionate Regional Manager to oversee multiple sites in the North West of the UK. This full-time role (40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri) focuses on delivering high standards of care, leading clinical and non-clinical teams, and upholding CQC guidelines.

You will drive continuous improvement, report performance to the Board, and ensure services align with the organisation's mission and budget.
