North UK Local Divisional Manager - Growth Leader

RS is seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to lead our RS Local branches across the North of the UK, from Birmingham to Aberdeen. You will drive the Go-To-Market strategy, oversee commercial, operational and service delivery, and inspire a high-performance culture.

You will manage 8-9 local branch managers and surrounding teams, with accountability for a £4m operational budget and a channel exceeding £50m, aiming to double in 3-5 years.
