North UK Divisional Leader - Field-Based

RS Group is seeking a Field Based Divisional Manager for the North of the UK. You'll lead the RS Local Branch Managers and the wider branch network, delivering the Go-To-Market strategy and ensuring exceptional customer experience with a strong sales and service delivery focus.

You will drive performance, pricing strategy, and operational excellence across 8-9 branch managers and 60 people, while managing a £4m budget and pursuing revenue growth toward £50m+ in line with group ambitions.
