North Regional Customer Success Lead - Strategic Growth

Accurx, a fast-growing healthtech, is hiring a Customer Success Lead for the North. You'll oversee a regional team of CSMs, shaping how we surface opportunities and ensure customers succeed across primary and secondary care.

You'll translate client feedback into regional strategy, manage churn and renewals, and collaborate with implementation, support and product teams to scale our NHS-facing platform. This is an office-first role with 3 days per week in our London Shoreditch office.
