North Central Cluster Retail Manager

White Stuff is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee 13 stores across the North Central region in the UK. You will lead a cluster of shops, mentor Shop Managers and drive KPI performance, customer experience and brand values.

You'll report to the Regional Manager, manage budgets and payroll, and actively pursue commercial opportunities, store growth, and colleague development within a dynamic team.
