Non-Food Store Manager - Lead Teams & Drive Availability

ASDA is seeking a Non-Food Manager for the Capehill store. You will lead the George and GM departments, drive availability, and deliver top standards on the shop floor through execution and seasonal events while keeping the store safe and compliant for customers and colleagues.

You'll steer trading activity, coach the team, and ensure promotions are landed on time, labelling and display are optimal, and you'll help grow sales while managing costs and shrink.
