Non-Executive Development Director

University Leadership Associates (ULA) is the new higher education division of FE Associates, a leading search firm in the Post-16 Sector. To support our team in growing client relationships we are seeking a Non-Executive Development Director to join our team.

We are looking for a highly experienced senior leader from the higher education sector who has a well-established network of contacts in UK universities (public and private). In this role you will support and advise our executive team by connecting us with key contacts and decision-makers in order to support our growth plans.

We require someone to work with us for two days per month.
