Are you passionate about innovative brands and looking for an exciting internship in the heart of Amsterdam? NIO Nederland is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team at NIO House Amsterdam!

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact in our car gallery and act as a true NIO brand ambassador.
• Welcome visitors in our café, offer tap water, and engage in meaningful conversations to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Support the coordination and administration of daily events, including managing guest lists and helping to reduce no-show rates.
• Ensure high event check-in rates and encourage guests to leave positive event ratings.
• Activate users to share their event experiences via the NIO App and Instagram.
• Recognize and engage with NIO car users, building lasting connections with our community.

Your Profile:

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Available to work on weekends.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch language proficiency is a big plus.
• A genuine interest in innovation, sustainability, and automotive trends.
