Nightshift Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer and Trading Manager for nightshift at the Southend store. You will lead overnight replenishment, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked for the morning rush.

You will manage performance and scheduling, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues while maintaining high standards for customers. The role is full-time with a nightshift pattern and premium pay.
