Nightshift Store Manager - £4,500 Premium

Sainsbury's Westhoughton store in Bolton is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for the nightshift to lead an overnight team and keep the store running efficiently.

You will manage replenishment, health and safety, and KPI performance, coaching colleagues to deliver excellent service. The role includes 22:00-09:00 shifts, four nights typically, and a £4,500 premium on top of base salary.
