Nightshift Store Leader: Replenishment & People Coach

Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced nightshift manager to lead an overnight team in delivering replenishment, organising the warehouse and ensuring shelves are ready for morning trade.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, coaching colleagues, handling performance issues, and ensuring safe, efficient store operations during the 22:00-08:00 shift with a £4,500 premium on top of base pay.
