Nightshift Store Leader - Replenishment, Ops & Bonus

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for nightshift at our Sudbury store. The role leads overnight replenishment, etc, and includes a £31,700 base salary plus a night shift premium.

You will manage the team, ensure stock availability, safety, and smooth pre-dawn operations. You'll be responsible for coaching colleagues, scheduling, and ensuring KPI targets are met while delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.
