Nightshift Store Leader - Replenishment & Operations

Sainsbury's Water Lane Store in Farnham is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for nightshift to lead overnight replenishment, run store operations and ensure shelves are fully stocked and ready for the morning.

You'll manage a team, monitor KPI performance, handle scheduling and disciplinaries, and receive a £4,500 nightshift premium on top of the base salary of £31,700, with additional store size dependent variations.
