Nightshift Store Leader - Operations & Replenishment

Sainsbury's East Mayne Basildon Nightshift Manager role is a permanent, night-time leadership position. You'll oversee overnight replenishment, organize warehouse work, and ensure shelves are stocked for opening.

You'll lead a team, drive KPI targets, and prioritise safety and colleague wellbeing through four-night shifts. The role includes a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary, with additional benefits and progression opportunities within the company.
