Nightshift Senior Care Lead (Part-Time)

HC-One Ltd. in the UK is recruiting a part-time Senior Care Assistant for a night shift (8pm-8am) in a specialist YPD unit.

You will lead a small team of Care Assistants, plan and deliver personalised care, and work with the Registered Nurse to support residents with dignity and independence. You will maintain accurate records, support social and recreational activities, and assist with medication administration.
