Nightshift Retail Manager - Replenishment & Store Ops

Sainsbury's in Harlow is seeking a Nightshift Customer and Trading Manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations. You'll oversee deliveries, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are stocked for the morning shift, while being hands-on during the night.

The role requires strong line management, KPI focus, and a commitment to safe, high quality customer service. Working four nights per week with a £4,500 premium on top of base pay.
