Nightshift Product Lead - Food Production & Team Leadership

Biscuit International UK Limited in Gateshead is seeking a Nightshift Product Team Lead to oversee mixing, baking and processing to deliver safe, high quality products for customers.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will supervise production teams, drive efficiency, manage waste and ensure compliance with food safety, allergen control, quality and health & safety standards while delivering production KPIs.
