Nights Care Team Leader: Elevate Senior Care

Abbeyfield Living Society in Amersham is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for night shifts at Pratt House. You will act as the Senior Carer, overseeing residents' health and personal care, while coordinating staff and supervising ongoing care plans, including medication administration.

The role requires experience as a Carer, with a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working toward it), strong organisation, and a passion for excellent resident care.
