Nightlife Operations Leader

Mary Rush Care Ltd is recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead Popzone & Gorgeous Redditch, a busy late-night venue with a strong events calendar. The role requires ownership, hands-on leadership, and a track record in managing licensed premises, late-night trading and large teams.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff development, customer service and commercial performance while ensuring compliance with premises licences and safety standards.
