Night Youth Support Worker - Help Young People Thrive

Barnardo's Bay6 in Leyland, Lancashire, is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to join a night shift team providing care and supervision for young people aged 16-24 living in a multi-site housing project. You will work a 37-hour rota across 4 nights per week, focusing on safeguarding, health and safety, and recording in line with Barnardo's policies.

The role requires empathy, reliability, and IT literacy to document daily progress.
