Night Vet - Jersey

My client over in Jersey is looking for a dedicated Night Vet to join their thriving small animal hospital. This is a rare chance to work in a dynamic and progressive environment while enjoying an enviable work-life balance and time to explore everything our stunning island has to offer.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to provide exceptional overnight care for theirsmall animal patients. You'll be confident in handling emergency and critical cases, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and thrive under pressure in a supportive, well-equipped hospital.

Your rota

7 nights on, followed by 14 nights off - allowing ample downtime to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.

There is also a opportunity to work 2 weeks on 4 weeks off.

Salary

From £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality emergency and inpatient care during night shifts
  • Collaborate closely with our team of skilled vets, RVNs, and support staff
  • Monitor and treat hospitalised patients with diligence and compassion
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnoses and treatment plans
The Team

You'll be joining a friendly, highly skilled, and diverse team of 25 vets (including several certificate holders), supported by an outstanding nursing and support team.
