Night Transport Team Lead - FMCG Logistics

Culina Logistics is seeking a Transport Team Leader to supervise the Transport Operations Team and the driver fleet, ensuring efficient planning and clear instructions to maximise vehicle utilisation.

The role covers Sunday to Thursday nights 17:00-01:30 with a focus on KPI delivery, compliance with drivers hours and WTD regulations, and close coordination with third-party hauliers. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
